The adhesive bicycle frame number must be attached to your bike with the race number clearly visible from both sides of the bike. There are three race numbers in your race packet that you are required to display during the event:ġ. Once transition closes, relay members DO NOT have access. Bike & Run Relay members must inside of transition prior to 6:50 a.m. Transition access is from the lakeside (north side) only prior to the race and after the race. Transition opens after the last runner exits T2. Anybody not out of transition on time will be penalized. Athletes must have race numbers marked on their body and those numbers must match the numbers on helmets and bikes. Using everything for 365 days/year instead of 30-40 days increases the number of failures and increases the cost of providing warranty. Contacted the fireplace manufacturer.what a run-a-round, AND they wanted $95 for a $3 motor that was just over 1 year old!! Finally called Heartland.they are obtaining motor from fireplace manufacturer and sending it to us ee of charge!!Ĭlick to expand.There are higher costs of warranty that come with full-time use. Case in point, the little motor that makes the "flames" in our fireplace went out. If you are handy, they will also send you parts so you can avoid the dealer and make simple repairs yourself. P.S.In addition, they have the ONLY customer service department that I've seen with and RV manufacturer where they answer the phone!! No machine, no recordings.they answer and send you directly to a CS Rep in your area. Their unflinching customer service to their owner's, fulltiming or not, is why we stayed with them and now own a 2013 Landmark!! NOT once was it ever questioned and they covered our rig from top to bottom, both during and after the warranty period.

We had some major issues in the warranty period.Heartland was WELL aware that we were fulltiming in the unit as we brought it back to the factory several times. Back then they were NOT warranted for fulltiming in writing as they are now. To answer the OP's question.we had a 2008 Bighorn.
